The BWHS Music Booster Association manages student band forms, calendars and financial accounts through Charms Office Assistant, an online program.  To access BWHS Music Booster’s public page, click on “LOGIN”, then choose “Parents/Students/Members”. Our school code is bwhsmusic.

Each band student receives an individual log on so families can view unique financial accounts, calendars, forms, etc. Parents can also pay band fees via this system with a credit card.

Student have the ability to offset some of their band fees through participation in our fundraising activities.  Any credits earned from fundraisers will be reflected in the student’s Charms account. The funds are carried over from year to year and can be transferred to a sibling in the band program upon graduation. Any funds left in the account of a graduating student who does not have a younger sibling in the band program will be returned to the boosters general fund. Student account funds cannot be withdrawn.

Families may also pay fees by cash or check payable to BWHS MBA. Please place checks or cash inside an envelope labeled with the student’s name, purpose of payment and amount. Envelopes should be deposited in the safe in Mr. Minnick’s office in the band room. PLEASE do not hand an envelop to anyone! It is the student’s responsibility to ensure it is deposited in the safe.
