Main Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Volunteer Coordinator to organize volunteers to sell raffle tickets
  
• Receive starting money from the Treasurer and maintain the necessary denominations for each game
• Collect all supplies from the Uniform Closet before each game
• Separate and mix the tickets for the drawing
• Count the monies received, divide and distribute to the raffle winner
• Enter the Press Box in the Stadium for the drawing at the end of the third quarter
• Present the money received to the Treasurer with supporting data

Time required per week/per month and during the day/evening or weekend

The 50/50 Raffle is run at each home football game.

Other Information

If the prize is not claimed, another two draws will take place. If the prize remains unclaimed all funds are donated to the MBA.
